William Thomas
McCullough, J.D., LL.M.

William T. McCullough is an Attorney and CPA practicing law in the areas of taxation, estate planning, real estate, business and municipal law in Davenport, Iowa. He is also the City Attorney for Blue Grass, and Buffalo, Iowa. William is a member of the California, Illinois and Iowa State Bar Associations. He is a devoted fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Chicago Cubs. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, running marathons and spending time with his family.

William holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa. He later attended Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, California for his J.D where he graduated with honors. He continued his legal education and attended Golden Gate University where he received his LL.M. in taxation.

William began his professional career with Ernst and Young in San Francisco, California as a Tax Senior. He then practiced as an Attorney with Taylor & Faust and Career Sports International in San Francisco, California, where he provided financial and tax planning services for professional athletes, executives and wealthy individuals. William then returned to his home state of Iowa and started his own firm where he has served clients for over 30 years.
